When will I receive my order?

Every item is made-to-order, just for you! Orders are processed one hour after purchase, with production taking 2-3 business days. Once your item is complete, it ships via USPS standard shipping, typically arriving within 6-8 business days from the date of order. We always recommend placing orders at least a week in advance.

Please note that if your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Who makes your products?

We partner exclusively with U.S.-based suppliers who meet our standards for quality, cost, and location. While some materials are sourced internationally, every item is produced and assembled in the United States.

Who designs your products?

Each design is thoughtfully crafted by Cat Carbone, who brings originality and artistry to every piece. All designs are hand-illustrated, ensuring unique products with a personal touch.

Where can I buy Envi & Sage products?

Our full collection is available right here on our website. Select items are also offered on our Etsy store, Envi & Sage. While we could expand to platforms like Amazon, we prioritize quality, personalized service, and fair pricing over high-visibility sales channels.

Are designs made by Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

No. All designs are original and hand-illustrated. AI is occasionally used for idea generation, streamlining internal processes, and other operations procedures. None of our products feature a design exclusively generated by AI.
