All our products are made to order with care and attention to detail. This means, a product doesn't go into production until an order is placed.
2. Order Processing
Orders are automatically routed to production 1 hour after being placed. Production times vary, but typically fall between 2-3 days.
Please note: Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled.*
3. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping, via USPS, to anywhere in the United States.
From order to delivery typically takes 6-8 business days.
We recommend placing an order at least 1 week before your desired delivery date.
4. Holiday Season
Please be aware that the holiday season may cause delays in arrival. To receive your items by Christmas, we recommend placing all orders by December 9th.
