Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

Defective or Damaged

Different Product Received

Poor Product / Print Quality

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. Please include a photo of the product/issue in your submission. All products are made to order, so returns need to be approved.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning a product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

We are a small business and will do everything possible to work with you to offer an acceptable solution. Our first priority is your experience with us and satisfaction with your product.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

3. replacements

If the item is being replaced due to any of the reasons stated above, we will process the replacement order. No further action will be required by you.

4. refunds

If you have shipped an item back to us, we will notify you once received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
